Jane Kotlarski Sanders
With
over 20 years of association management experience, Jane served
as Vice President, Business Information and Development and as
an Officer of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce responsible for the
affinity partnerships and non-dues revenue programs. In
addition, she was responsible for the Access America Program,
the Chamber's outreach initiative to women and minority small
business owners. Prior to the Chamber, she was Executive
Director of the National Accounting and Finance Council and Vice
President of Councils and Information Resources at the American
Trucking Associations. She began her career at Hughes Aircraft
Company and holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan with an
MBA from the University of Denver. Jane is active in community
service work, especially helping fund-raising efforts of
start-ups, and when she is not cheering on her son’s sports
teams, she is part of the steering committee of the Association
of Women’s Heart Programs. |

Chamain DiPascal O'Mahony
A
chemist, CPA, creator of two art companies, plus over 20 years
experience in the not-for-profit association industry, Chamain
adds an imaginative yet technical dimension to the BOS Group. In
her most recent role as Director of Information Resources,
Chamain was responsible for overseeing the survey and research
work for the largest non-profit federation in the world—the U.S.
Chamber of Commerce. Before joining the Chamber, she was the
Director of both the Logistics Council and the Statistics Center
and Technical Director of the National Accounting and Finance
Council at the American Trucking Associations. Chamain holds a
B.S. in chemistry from Tulane University, received her MBA from
Emory University, and is a CPA in the state of Louisiana. As a
native of New Orleans, Chamain continues to volunteer her time
helping the city recover from the devastating effects of
Hurricane Katrina, including ongoing volunteer work as the Cat
Adoption Coordinator at the Animal Rescue of New Orleans. |

Elizabeth R. Batenhorst
Graduating with a B.A. from
the University of Michigan and an M.B.A from Columbia Business
School, Liz brings nearly 15 years of marketing and business
development experience to the team. Most recently, Liz served as
the Director of Affinity Marketing at the U.S. Chamber of
Commerce. Prior to that role, she was the Director of Marketing
at WorldStor, Inc, a data storage management start-up. She has
also held marketing and operational management positions at
American Express and Capital One. Liz enjoys spending time
volunteering in her children’s schools, as a Daisy Girl Scout
leader and as a former All-American athlete is actively involved
in coaching her daughters’ sports teams and building girls’
confidence through participation in sports. |
