After working a combined 60 years in
the association, chamber and corporate industries, the BOS Group
(BOS) was established in 2005. Sanders and Batenhorst were
responsible for one of the largest non-profit alliance marketing
programs in the country at the U.S. Chamber. In addition to
identifying companies and negotiating contract terms, they were also
responsible for marketing relationships, including developing
marketing plans, managing all aspects of a partnership launch, and
creating benchmarks and tools to measure the success of programs and
