After working a combined 60 years in the association, chamber and corporate industries, the BOS Group (BOS) was established in 2005.  Sanders and Batenhorst were responsible for one of the largest non-profit alliance marketing programs in the country at the U.S. Chamber. In addition to identifying companies and negotiating contract terms, they were also responsible for marketing relationships, including developing marketing plans, managing all aspects of a partnership launch, and creating benchmarks and tools to measure the success of programs and evaluate results.  Some of the organizations they worked with to create educational campaigns and/or strategic alliances include:

  • AIG

  • CitiCards

  • Department of Labor

  • FedEx

  • Gateway

  • IBM

  • MassMutual
